Youth Pastor Candidate

Introducing Brandon Lee

The leadership team is pleased to announce Brandon Lee as a candidate for youth pastor here at TMC. This will be a 10-15 hour per week position to build a new youth group focused on outreach. If approved, Brandon would lead all sponsors and volunteers.

When we introduced the need for a youth pastor almost a year ago, we thought we would have to search broadly for a candidate. But we believe the Lord has provided him from our own members. As we have talked with Brandon about his faith and his call to ministry, we see tremendous potential to develop his skills.

Born in Trinidad, Brandon moved to the states with his family as a one-year-old. He was baptized and confirmed Catholic, but committed his life to Christ four years ago. He soon felt a call to pastoral ministry. Brandon has a BA in Communication from Villanova and an MA in Pastoral Care and Counseling from Ohio Christian. He has two and a half years of leadership experience at Vanguard, where he manages a team that oversees accounting service providers. Brandon and his wife, Naomi, have been married for one year and are expecting their first child in the coming weeks.

Brandon will preach on Sunday, October 10th as candidate for a youth pastor. An informational congregational meeting will be held during Sunday school, during which the congregation can ask questions of Brandon and the leadership team. Votes by ballot will be due the following Sunday, October 17th.
